Gunnar Toedt
HR Group Manager Operations
Gunnar is the HR Group Manager Operations at Nestlé Deutschland, one of the largest food companies in Germany; employing nearly 10.000 employees whereof 6.500 are working in Operations in central functions and 13 Factories. In his work, he is also responsible for the Health Management activities in all sites and leading the Safety Team for the Frankfurt Headquarter, which brought him to his role as deputy head of the Covid-19 crisis management team.
Before his current position Gunnar was Factory HR Manager in three Nestlé factories, particularly leading restructuring and change management projects. After a commercial apprenticeship and first operational HR experience he gained a MBA from Robert Smith School of Business at University of Maryland.
