This interactive session covers essential topics such as perspectives on leadership soft skills, the influence of emotional intelligence on employee engagement and psychological safety, the importance of self-aware leadership, effective communication techniques, and providing impactful employee feedback. Additionally, the workshop addresses the impact of stress on the performance of people leaders.
