Through a combination of discussion and collaborative learning, attendees will leave empowered to become proactive advocates for mental health within their organizations. (4hrs)

    Core Competencies for People Leaders: Enhancing Interpersonal and Soft Skills. A comprehensive full-day workshop designed to equip leaders with critical interpersonal and soft. This interactive session covers essential topics such as perspectives on leadership soft skills, the influence of emotional intelligence on employee engagement and psychological safety, the importance of self-aware leadership, effective communication techniques, and providing impactful employee feedback. Additionally, the workshop addresses the impact of stress on the performance of people leaders. Through group discussions and role-play, participants will develop and refine their people leadership skills, fostering a more engaged, supportive, and high-performing team environment. (7hrs)
