2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the Members of Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC (the “Alliance”) will be held on Thursday, the 26th day of May 2022 at 1:00 p.m. by video/teleconference for the following purposes:
- To elect certain Directors of the Alliance;
- To receive the financial statements for the Alliance for its fiscal year ending December 31, 2021 and the reports of the Directors and the Auditors for the Alliance on such financial statements;
- To approve the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Meeting.
Accompanying this Notice is an Information Circular containing information relative to the business to be conducted at the Meeting. There is also an attached form of Proxy.
Only those Members in good standing under the Bylaws of the Alliance shall be entitled to vote at the Meeting. Each Member is entitled to one vote which may be cast by the Member or by another person appointed, in writing, to exercise that Member’s voting rights by proxy.
