Driving for Work: Managing Risk

November 18th, 2021 11:00-12:00PM

Every day thousands of British Columbians drive at work. Even if driving is only a small part of their work day or they drive their own vehicle, driving could be the most hazardous thing they do. Work-related motor vehicle crashes cause about 1/3 of all traumatic workplace deaths in B.C. Another almost 1,400 people per year are injured and off work because of a motor vehicle crash.

But crashes can be prevented.

In this webinar you will learn

  • Proactive measures employers, managers, and supervisors can take to mitigate risk and prevent crashes
  • How Road Safety at Work’s guides, tools, templates, and other resources can help you to prevent motor vehicle crashes
