Webinar | 2025 Amendments to Emergency Response Planning Regulations

Starting immediately, WorkSafeBC has implemented amendments to Part 5 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, focusing on emergency response planning related to hazardous substances. These changes aim to enhance workplace safety by broadening and strengthening existing requirements. The changes must be reviewed, updated, and implement in consultation with workers, which includes your Joint Health and Safety Committee.

This webinar will feature WorkSafeBC walking us through these changes and providing guidance on how to implement these changes.

We will also review what supports and resources the Alliance can provide you as you update your emergency response plans to meet these changes.
